Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013 for Freshers 2011 and 2012 B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Passed Outs is going to be held on Sunday 3rd March 2013 in Hyderabad Gachibowli Office. The same recruitment was conducted on January 20, 2013, 10th February 2013 and 17th February 2013 in the Same Office. So I’m going to share what happened on January 20, 2013 and 10th February 2013, so that you can take advantage of the recruitment on March 3rd 2013.
Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Students are eligible.
- Only 2011 and 2012 Batch Passed Out students are eligible.
- Should have secured atleast 60% through out the academic career.
- ISTQB Certification is Preferred but not Mandatory.
- Candidates only with Invitation for the Interview are eligible.
Q: How to get the Invitation?
A: If You’ve completed any Training from Institutes like Mind Q Systems and TalentSprint then Contact them, so that they’ll refer you. Other Wise, Contact Someone in Capgemini so that they can refer you for the recruitment. Your Referrer should forward your resume the Capgemini HR or Recruitment Team and Wait for their Approval. This way worked on both Jan 20 and Feb 10, But not sure it will work on Feb 17. No Guarantee that your referrer’s can refer you.
On January 20th 2012, We’ve seen the candidates from Mind Q Systems, TalentSprint and Through Reference. Their might be other ways, but we’re not aware of them.
Note: All Eligible students will be allocated Time Slots on which they need to attend the Interview.
Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013 – Selection Process
This Capgemini Recruitment had 4 Rounds.
Round 1: Written Test.(Online)
Round 2: Technical Test.
Round 3: Technical Interview.
Round 3: HR Interview.
Round 1 – Written Test
The Written Test is a Online Test which Consists of 3 Sections with 25 Questions Each with a allotted time of 90 Minutes.
Section 1: English
Section 2: Reasoning
Section 3: Aptitude
The Questions in all the sections are normal and easy. You’ve got 75 Questions and 90 Minutes to answer. So You’ve got More than a Minute to answer a single Question. It’s easy.
How to Crack Written Test:
This written test is Conducted by Capgemini by the help of Co-cubes. You’ll be given a Username, Password and Test ID and You’ll need to login to Co-cubes Portal and complete the Test. So Practice all the Old Papers of Co-cubes and Capgemini. You’ll crack the test for sure.
Round 1 Results – They’re Instant and will be given within 30 Minutes of completing the test.
Round 2 – Technical Written Test
The Technical Written Test is not Online and It’s a Paper based Test. You’ll be given 50 Questions and You’ll need to answer them within 50 Minutes. All are Multiple Choice Questions.
Round 3 – Technical/HR Interview
We’ve no details at Present.
