Eligibility:

  • Job Aspirant must be a 2011 Passed Out.
  • Job Aspirant must have secured 65% and above through out his Academic career.
  • B.E/M.E/M.Tech/B.Tech(ECE/CSE/EEE/IT/E&I Streams) and BSC(CS/IT/Maths/Physics/Electronics/Stats) and BCA, BCOM(CS/IT Streams) are eligible for the registration.
  • Students with No Arrears/Backlogs at the time of registration are allowed.
  • Job Aspirant should have Good Technical Knowledge with Out Standing Communication Skills.

Important Note:

Hello Thippeswamy, I don’t know any working procedure to update the marks, we too tried many ways, but we were unable to find out any working method. If you try to register once again, it will show you a message that,you are already registered with your the application number.

Hello Ramya, Since you already hold one offer from HCL you are not eligible to apply. This rule is mentioned in the bottom of the application form, please check it.

If you have good knowledge, you can get into IT side, but for any company to select you, you need to prove yourself first. So Get some certifications in the domain you are good with and then approach any company for the interview. I m sure you will get selected.

You are not eligible for HCL. You can apply for all TOP MNC’s for the NON-IT Sector. You are eligible for both ITIS/ITES/BPO Sector in all TOP MNC’s

I will be passed in year 2012. I want to know in advanced that what should i do to prepare to get placed in good companies as i lack in my academics. I have 84% in 10th and 59.8% in 12th? Is 59.8 seen as 60 at times of placements? If i am not eligible what options are left with me, should i go for some certification programs?

Hello Rahul, You will not be eligible unless they change the Cut-off. 59.8 is not treated as 60. So you are going to face some tough times in the future. So please be prepared for it. Any way hope that the cut-offs will be changed and you will get the eligibility. Doing certifications and getting them increases your chances of getting selected by more than 80%, so we highly recommend doing certification programs.

But before that, i have to deposit 8,050 rupee as a security amount in bank,then my call letter and air ticket will dispatched to me.but hw i can deposit this amount and there is no surity.can without depositing amount i can go for interview. i scored 71% in 12 and 81 in bca.

Hello Sandy, Okie Now i got your point. So you have done both 12th and Diploma. If you hide your 12th marks and show your diploma score, companies will ask you what you have done the 2 years during which you studied your 11th and 12th Classes. If you hide your diploma and go with 12th, you will be not eligible for HCL because your 12th percentage is lessthan 65%. HCL haven’t mentioned that whether they are going to allow students who have 2 years gap in Education, so i am not sure whether you are eligible or not. I suggest you to fill the application form, if you are eligible your application form will be considered by HCL team, if you are not eligible your profile will be ignored. Please note that, i answered this query with my knowledge, I may be wrong. I gave you the best suggestion with what i know.

Hello Vipin, According to my knowledge, The CPGA in your final certificate is considered as your final CPGA. If it is 5.7 then it’s not 60%, so you are not eligible. Anyway, This is reply is according to my knowledge, and please note that i may be wrong.

Hi Neeraj, only few companies will recruit EIE Students. My Suggestion for you is to give the ‘elitmus’ exam, through this test you can attend for companies which recruit EIE Students. As Said you can also apply for HCL

Now It’s not mandatory, but if you write AMCAT Exam and if you get good score, you will be exempted from the written test.

Hi Ankit. I don’t whether they will call everyone or they will shortist some people. Tentative dates are also not yet announced. I know that it would be frustrating, but i can’t help you since i am no way related to HCL. HCL should announce these details. If they don’t do that, how will we know. Please Understand.

Hi Ratika, If you don’t have good AMCAT Score it’s better you give your written test. If yourAMCAT score is less than the cut-off then you might get rejected. So i strongly suggest you to give written test or give AMCAT Exam once again.

Hi Shan Ali, This recruitment is not for 2012 Passed Outs, It’s only for 2011 Passed Outs. So you cannot apply. I suggest you clear the backlog as early as possible.

Hi Ratika, I can’t assure you. I think 90% they will allow you for Written Test even if you don’t give your AMCAT Test, but as i said i cannot assure you.

AMCAT is well known as “employability test”. If you give this test, you will be exempted from taking the written test for Many Companies. If you don’t give your AMCAT, you should give your written test at the interview.

It’s difficult that you get shortlisted because, cut-off for HCL is 65%. Anyway please hope for the best and don’t loose hope.

According to my knowledge, Yes, you can apply. You cannot apply for 2010 recruitment. You can apply only for 2011 recruitment’s, since you are a 2011 passed out.

Hello Lekhraj, I don’t know any way to verify the registration. I feel that you need to register once again. Try filling the application form with all the details as you did previously, If all the details which you entered are same as the details you entered previously in the application form. It will say you are already registered with the application number, and it will show you the application number.

Hi Lalitha, Re-fill the application form with the same details as you did previously, you’ll get your application number back. The system will not accept the new registration, It’ll show that a registration already exists with these details and it will show you the application number.

Hello Anuj, No company allows you to update the registration forms, You’ll need to register once again with different email address and different contact details. You said that you already tried by changing email, but change other details and try again

Hello Neha, You cannot register through 2012 Passed Outs registration link. For all the companies you mentioned, you’ll get a interview call if you’re shortlisted. 1 Year gap is not a problem, 2 years gap is perfectly allowed for most of the companies.

Hello Rohit, You’ll be trained before you enter into any project. Based on your percentages you’re eligible for Almost all the companies. Regarding the Question, “how much chances are that i will get job in my field of interest?”, We can’t say because it all depends on the company which hires you. If they have projects in Java then you’ll get Java, otherwise you’ll get other platform.

Hello Rajesh, If it’s droppable then No Issues. You need to show them the CMM and PC at the time of joining. Just show them and you can join in HCL Coment. If you don’t get the certificates by that time then don’t say them that you have a active backlog.

Hello Sonu, The recruitment in TCS and CTS is presently at hold as they have already recruited enough candidates. At Present there’s no Wipro referral drive.

hello sir i got offer letter from hcl but the thing which is worrying me is i have a 1 year gap in my study b/w 10th and 12th i was suffering from typhoid…whether there will be any issue during verification

No issues AMIT, HCL accepts 2 year gap in education. You shouldn’t have a gap in education because you failed in intermediate 1 st year or so, if it’s a health issue then no problem.

sir am a final year engineering student. i got an offer with hcl bpo last February. my tentative date of joining is on may 14th. but my exam gets over only by June 4t. will i be able to join on my desired date? or its not possible? and besides i got placed as they did not ask for any eligibility criteria other than communication skills. now i have arrears. will i get a job?

Hello Vivek, You’ll be rejected immediately if you have arrears. Hide the arrears from them and join in the job and request leave for the exams. Don’t loose the offer.

Vivek, You need to submit the photocopies of all the certificates. Say them that you didn’t received the certificates till now. Inform them that you’ll submit the certificates once you receive. Mostly you’ll have training period of 3 weeks only on communication skills, totally you’ll get a some time, clear the backlogs in the time.

Hello Raam, There is no facility to update the details. This option is not provided by HCL.
