Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013 for Freshers 2011/2012 Passed Outs

Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013 for Freshers 2011 and 2012 B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Passed Outs is going to be held on Sunday 3rd March 2013 in Hyderabad Gachibowli Office. The same recruitment was conducted on January 20, 2013, 10th February 2013 and 17th February 2013 in the Same Office. So I’m going to share what happened on January 20, 2013 and 10th February 2013, so that you can take advantage of the recruitment on March 3rd 2013.

Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Students are eligible.
  • Only 2011 and 2012 Batch Passed Out students are eligible.
  • Should have secured atleast 60% through out the academic career.
  • ISTQB Certification is Preferred but not Mandatory.
  • Candidates only with Invitation for the Interview are eligible.

Q: How to get the Invitation?

A: If You’ve completed any Training from Institutes like Mind Q Systems and TalentSprint then Contact them, so that they’ll refer you. Other Wise, Contact Someone in Capgemini so that they can refer you for the recruitment. Your Referrer should forward your resume the Capgemini HR or Recruitment Team and Wait for their Approval. This way worked on both Jan 20 and Feb 10, But not sure it will work on Feb 17. No Guarantee that your referrer’s can refer you.

On January 20th 2012, We’ve seen the candidates from Mind Q Systems, TalentSprint and Through Reference. Their might be other ways, but we’re not aware of them.

Note: All Eligible students will be allocated Time Slots on which they need to attend the Interview.

Capgemini Recruitment Process 2013 – Selection Process

This Capgemini Recruitment had 4 Rounds.

Round 1: Written Test.(Online)
Round 2: Technical Test.
Round 3: Technical Interview.
Round 3: HR Interview.

Round 1 – Written Test

The Written Test is a Online Test which Consists of 3 Sections with 25 Questions Each with a allotted time of 90 Minutes.

Section 1: English
Section 2: Reasoning
Section 3: Aptitude

The Questions in all the sections are normal and easy. You’ve got 75 Questions and 90 Minutes to answer. So You’ve got More than a Minute to answer a single Question. It’s easy.

How to Crack Written Test:

This written test is Conducted by Capgemini by the help of Co-cubes. You’ll be given a Username, Password and Test ID and You’ll need to login to Co-cubes Portal and complete the Test. So Practice all the Old Papers of Co-cubes and Capgemini. You’ll crack the test for sure.

Round 1 Results – They’re Instant and will be given within 30 Minutes of completing the test.

Round 2 – Technical Written Test

The Technical Written Test is not Online and It’s a Paper based Test. You’ll be given 50 Questions and You’ll need to answer them within 50 Minutes. All are Multiple Choice Questions.

Round 3 – Technical/HR Interview

We’ve no details at Present.

Important Details:

This recruitment seems to continue even further. So If you can’t make it this time, Don’t worry. Be Prepared and you may get next chance.

Interview Date: 3rd March 2013.

Only by Invitation or Reference You can Participate in it. You cannot just go there and Participate because they’ll verify the names. Only if your name is in the list, you’re allowed.

Yes, Through reference you can attend. Certificate from Training Institute is not needed if you attend by reference.

Sir, I have not trained in any Institute, But I have good knowledge in Manual Testing and Java, C# .Net…

How can i attend this drive….

Ask your Referrer to forward your profile to the HR Department asking Invitation for the Interview. You may receive the Hall Ticket(Email from Capgemini).

Unfortunately No Idea on the Job Code. Venue: Capgemini Office, Near Financial District, Gachibowli. You’ll be given a Particular Time Slot in which you need to take the test.

so he has uploaded ma resume in CG job portal
so,will ma name appear in list?
I havent got any mail regarding time-slot from CG?
Can I go and attend interview?

No, This is not how you should Proceed. Instead of Uploading it in CG portal, Ask him to send it to the HR. If Possible, Ask him to go and speak to the recruitment team directly. Unless you’ve the eMail from Capgemini, You cannot attend the Interview.

sir, invitation from the company is necessary only for capgemini or other companies also? i hav a referral id from truven health analytics but no invitation /hal tickt.

I didn’t understand your Question Janani. If You want to attend this Interview, You need Invitation from Capgemini Itself. If you want to attend Interviews for any Jobs in Truven Health Analytics then you can ask their employees to refer you.

I don’t think 2013 Passed Outs are eligible. If it’s mentioned that 2013 Passed outs are eligible then you can attend the Interview. Also Check your email for Accuracy, I mean whether it’s sent by Capgemini Itself or Else forward me the mail, I’ll confirm it to you.

Sir I trained in Talent sprint,I am an SITQB certified professional in manual testing but my institute people are not responding about this interview now what shall I do to attend interview

Vikarm, We’ve seen many TalentSprint Students who participated in the drive on January 20, 2013. Ask them about this drive and Confirm whether they’re participating in the Feb 10, 2013 drive.

Even I’m getting the Mails from Capgemini Employees stating that their is no drive. Strange Right? This time seems that even TalentSprint is not Participating in it. But the Announcement was made from MindQ Systems.

i dont hav a reference till now,but my friend working for capgemini agreed to refer me…..if he refer me now ,can i attend the interview tomorrow????

sir my referral is a project lead in bangalore..was this applicable to hyd..
and i didnt write istqb exam but participated in some exams conducted by my institute qedge and i received a certificate ..was it valid..

sir my referer didnt sent mail to hr ..he told that he will send on monday he received news today itself..he told write my employee details on resume and attend for the interview..

Is there any drive on 14th feb 2013..Sir I trained in Talent sprint,I am a ISTQB certified professional in manual testing and also acquired some knowledge on automation tools but my institute is saying that capgemini is going to conduct a drive on 14th feb in our campus. plz let me know the no of positions.

My brother was tarniend in talent sprint and certified ISTQB.I worked for capgemini earlier.

With 3 Years Experience Marks doesn’t matter. Most Companies will not look at them. You’re searching for jobs in Service Based Companies, Instead search for jobs in Product Based MNC’s You’ll get placed easily.

Sir,I asked an employee in capgemni to refer for march 3rd walkin,His HR said it is for only to those who got trained from C-Dac .Is it true?

Mr. Bharath can you please tell me how to prepare for the technical interview? will they ask c, java programs and QTP scripts? n waht about load runner? Is it required to crack the interview? Thanks in advance.

Swetha, Depends on the Hr and 90% of the students are tested mostly on questions with Manual Testing, Be Good in Manual Testing and You’ll crack the interview. Basic Knowledge in QTP and Loadrunner is required.

I got shortlisted in aptitude round in capgemini and my technical test is on 17th mar 2013 and i am having no idea questions being asked in technical test can u please tell me question will be asked from only manual or both manual and automation or questions based on c, c++ concepts. please help me out.

90% you’ll be asked questions only on Manual Testing. If you’re Perfect in Manual Testing, You can crack the test easily.

Hi, Bharath, I have already tried through mindq systems and seems that they are in need of 300 people for testing. But they have got only 120 so far in interviews, which went up to last week(mar 22). I was rejected in technical/hr round. I now know an employee in Capgemini. Can I now try through reference?

On 21 march in cg portal (job status the next day i got a cal from capgemini bengulore and they asked regardng my resume details…then after my job status changed like recrueting under processing…from since now i cant get any updates from capgemini..is my resume shortlist or not sir how can know?
