If you are a B.Tech/B.E/MCA Student, You will definitely need to answer the below questions to get selected.

14) You’ve good percentage, why are you interested in Customer Support field, Instead of IT?

If you’re a MBA Student, You need to answer the below Question?

According to me, the most important question which you need to answer to get a job in Amazon.com is the first Question in the list, “Why you want to join Amazon.com?”, If you answer this question well, then i think the job is yours. All the other questions are general questions which will be asked in almost all the interviews.

Say them that, You get pleasure from solving customers issues, resolving their problems, and so explain them that, you’ll be a big asset to organization and Amazon is the best company for you to prove your worth.” Don’t forget to go through the Amazon Profile.

i have doubt….is there any bond for these bpo jobs?if yes how may months?

iam leaving to US in this december.so meanwhile i want to work….so can i know are these bpo jobs suitable for me and are night shifts particular to girls?

Hello Swathi, I hope there will be no Bonds. In Amazon there is no Bond. If there is any bond, Think Twice Before Joining. There are many girls like you working in the companies in Night Shifts, So i don’t think it’s a problem.

Hello Vinil, It’s an Online Examination, So unfortunately no Previous Papers are available and also it’s a random exam. I mean questions will be generated on the spot itself from a Huge Database. So even Previous Papers will not help you.

I am Shivani Tambolikar, working as a Customer Service Representative ( Chat Process) from the past 33 months with Sitel India.
My current CTC is 2.0 per annum. I have gone through the interview process from Google “Magma Infotech Hiring for Amazon” and i am interested to work for Amazon, could you please let me know if i am eligible for the vacancies going now right now cause as per the “Magma Infotech Hiring for Amazon” the package offered is 1.3 per annum.
